Introduction
My name is Nancy Sokolowski. This is my 13th year teaching second grade at Lincoln, and it is my absolute favorite grade! I love teaching second grade because the students are enthusiastic about learning and are becoming independent. I have my undergraduate degree in elementary education from Saint Xavier University. I also received my reading specialist graduate degree from Saint Xavier University. My goal as an educator is to provide a nurturing environment that will foster your child's academic and social emotional growth. I believe students learn best when they are encouraged and given opportunities to use their own special gifts and talents.
